| My background: | I’ve always loved sports and competition. Before I picked up weight training, I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years. I’d describe myself as a very competitive person and that is my drive. The thrill of standing on stage and feeling the support of the crowd is amazing. The whole process of transformation when you go through a competition preparation fascinates me as well. It’s amazing how you can sculpt your body just how you want it! It’s very important as a competitive athlete that you have the support and understanding from your closest friends and family. I have that 150% from my boyfriend. I would never have made it this far without him :) |
| My advice: | If you are walking around with the dream of competing one day, then get yourself a good trainer and only listen to that person! Everything else will just confuse you. Live your dream and see if it’s something you like, only you can decide. However, let me tell you it’s all worth it when you’re standing in the spotlight :) |
