The NPC Nationals are around the corner. On November 20-21, hundreds of competitors will travel to Florida, USA to compete in one of the most prestigious amateur bodybuilding, fitness, figure & bikini competitions. The overall weight-class winners will be rewarded with a pro card. This means that these athletes are the future professionals in our sport. Most of them will very likely make their pro debut in 2010.

Today, the 2009 Nordic (Scandinavian) Championships will be staged in Trondheim, Norway. Evolution Hotel athlete Lotte Bendix will represent Denmark in women’s bodybuilding +55 kg / +121.0 lb as well as women’s bodybuilding masters. We wish her the best of luck in this competition!
