2012 Flex Pro Championships

Tomorrow, the second ever Flex Pro Championships will kick off the 2012 IFBB Pro League season! It will be hosted again at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, just a stone’s throw away from Venice, California, the Mecca of bodybuilding!

Here is the competitor list for the men’s bodybuilding division:

Ticket sales for the FIBO POWER Night Sessions have started!

Ticket sales for the FIBO POWER Night Sessions 2012 at 21^st April 2012 in Exhibition Centre Essen hall 10/11 have started! Held in conjunction with the FIBO — the European mega trade show held annually in Germany — the evening event will offer a pro men’s bodybuilding event, previously referred to as the FIBO POWER Pro Championships, as well as a Strongman vs. Powerlifting and an amateur bikini contest.

Tina Milton photo shoot!

Over the past year Evolutionhotel bodyfitness (figure) athlete Tina Milton has worked very hard on some weak points to get in the best shape of her life for to the 2011 Danish Nationals. Not only did she win the silver medal, but Tina also earned a qualification spot in the most prestigious Scandinavian competition — the Nordic Championships — as well! In order to preserve her memories of this great time, she teamed up with a photographer to create a set of artistic photos. We’ve added some of these photos to Tina’s profile.
