   I work as a sales assistant in a lingerie boutique.

   How did you get involved with the sport?

   A friend of mine was doing a fitness competition, and I liked the way her body looked. So I thought I would like to try myself.

   What do you enjoy about being a bodybuilder/bodyfitness girl?

   I love to be in great shape, I like the fact that you can sculpt the body how you like it. I love having muscle, it gives me energy and self confidence.

   What’s your favorite thing and/or routine you enjoy when training for a competition?

    I love the body transformation that occurs when you diet. It’s fantastic to be in great shape, and watching how I improve week by week. I also love to train hard and lift heavy.

    I love the workouts, especially the last couple of months before a show when I’m really ripped and in great shape.

    To be fit, live a healthy lifestyle, and to feel and look great.

    Do you remember the first indication you got from another person that maybe you had some talent?

    There was a personal trainer at the gym where I began to work out, who approached me and told me that he thought I had the perfect body for bodybuilding and that I definitely should pursue it.

    What do you like in particular about Evolution Hotel/your coach?

    I feel that I’m in really good hands. Helle is a professional who is very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. She always has the answer to all my questions. I trust her 100% with my prep, and that’s a good feeling to have. I also like the fact that Helle promotes her athletes giving them more exposure via our profiles, interviews etc…

    What would you say was your biggest life success so far?

    I have gone from being a very shy girl, to becoming an outgoing personality. I’ve been able to set goals for myself and reach them. This has probably been my biggest life success so far.

    I think I’m generally a happy outgoing person. I’m friendly and love to smile. I’m loving and caring towards the people who are close to me. Loyalty and honesty are also very important traits to me. I try to treat others like I want to be treated myself. I have a strong will, and once I set a goal, I stay on track.

    What motivated you to get into bodybuilding/body fitness?

    I have a competitive nature and love the shows. I also love to work out and I think it’s an amazing thing that it is possible to shape your body like this. I love the look of a fit and aesthetic physique.

    What is your biggest obstacle to success?

    That I don’t believe enough in myself, sometimes I get influenced by other peoples opinions.

    If you could change something in the sport, what would it be?

    That the judges finally will figure out how they want bodyfitness/figure to look. There should be a worldwide standard, but it seems like it changes all the time.

    What was your first contest like?

    My first show was so exciting! I definitely challenged myself and crossed some previous limits I had. It was so cool, I was very nervous, but I loved every minute of it. I clearly remember the opening ceremony: The music started playing, the curtains opened and all the people were watching and cheering us on – it was awesome!

    Describe your life before bodybuilding/bodyfitness – what are the biggest changes to your life?

    My life wasn’t very structured. I didn’t really have specific goals in my life, and I ate what ever I wanted! Mostly crappy! I love my new healthy lifestyle :-)
